Slow Reduction Review - Audio Musik
"David Chesky is a veteran of the audiophile music business. He co-founded Chesky Records with his brother Norman in 1978 and HD Tracks in 2008. His latest baby is called The Audiophile Society - it's where Chesky, who is also a renowned pianist and composer, fully realizes his idea of creating spatial sound with only two channels, called Mega-Dimensional Sound. The recordings, of which the highest quality versions are only available as a download on their website, sound sensational, as we have reported several times recently. The good thing about it: Not only the sound, but the music contained on the releases is worth the money. This was also the case with the debut of The Hi-Fi Collective, "Slow Reduction", whose "extreme" bass is expressly warned. It goes down dangerously low - awesome! With this thick late-night downtempo soup in world-class sound, the system can be fully exploited." – Sebastian Schmidt, AUDIO MUSIK
